Our Fit Trips
Hip Trip
This 45-minute mixed trip incorporates all of your favorite cycling techniques – hills, sprints, jumps, intervals, percentages, and more! You’ll get fitter, faster, and stronger burning more calories and improving your overall level of fitness while riding to energy-eliciting tunes from various decades and genres!
Power ½ Hour
Low impact way to experience High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on a bike, in just 30-minutes! You’ll get bursts of energy with periods of rest to help you burn up to 450 calories during the trip with the added benefit of continuous fat burning for hours after!! Think: Get in, Get out, Get yours!!
Jive Ride
Upbeat, high-energy, 30-minute rhythm ride, choreographed to stimulating hip hop & pop music. This ride will challenge & improve your rhythm, coordination, and balance while elevating your overall fitness. Your skilled Fit Trip Navigator will mix up traditional on-the-bike training with some creative, cadence-driven cycling that will have you head nodding, body rocking, and booty dropping whle pedaling to the beat. (DISCLOSURE: some music may not be appropriate for all riders)
Boost
Strength on the bike to BOOST your health and fitness! This class will take you on a journey that will strengthen your mind & body. Your skilled Instructor will encourage you to set and re-establish goals, one stimulating tune and powerful pedal stroke at a time. It combines 40-minutes of cycling with 10-minutes of strength training on the bike, giving you a full-body workout!
